I think I like all the ideas, both the practical and educational change projects. For my institution I think it will be more appropriate to start with a workshop to bring all the departments onboard on how they can incorporate ESD into their curriculum. The issue of contextualizing the concept is very important so that it is not only associated with specific subjects but open educators minds on how it can be incorporated into all subjects in schools. For my institution we can also have different coloured refuse bins to sort our waste for recycling purposes. I think as the course progresses more ideas will come up.
