Often times schools and colleges have alot of worst materials that are destroyed and yet the same schools complain of teaching learning and other vital resourses which they need for their effective operation. The so called worst materials can be turned into useful materials which may help in the teaching and learning and other beneficial ways jus like the Mary Mount Teachers college are doing. Institutions should learn to look at things in a positive manner not negative way, turning worst to best.
