Hello everyone. My name is Nombali Qwabe, lecturer at Eswatini College of Technology. I decided to be part of this programme because I am interested in improving our educational curriculum to include new ways of teaching and learning with the understanding that teaching is more than imparting knowledge; it is also inspiring change. Our change project idea is inclusiveness for both staff and students, which will touch on the inclusion of persons living with disabilities.
