I think the change projects from other institutions will be of assistance to my institution as we are yet to establish the college change project. I also think that for the change projects to be sustainable it is imperative for teachers to develop an assessment tool to award students marks as they move from stage to stage with their projects. Institutionalizing the transformation will ensure educational sustainability.
