AnonymousHi everyone. My name is Irene Dludlu a lecturer at William Pitcher Teacher Training College in Eswatini. I am very excited to be part of this programme which I believe it has come at the right time of need. I joined this programme in order to be empowered and relevant in the acquisition of knowledge and skills on the issues of Education for Sustainable development.Our society is dynamic so we need to be relevant and pro-active in addressing cross cutting issues which touch upon the lives of different individuals.
My change project- will focus on initiating skill based curriculum which will contribute to the curriculum transformation in the institution.
