My name is Mzwandile Ntshangase, serving as a Business Development Consultant and Lecturer at the Institute of Development Management (IDM), Eswatini Campus. I am beyond confident that I’ll learn a lot from this initiative and believe it will improve the theory based teaching by involving the learners more on the change project. As Benjamin Franklin once stated – “tell me and I forget. Teach me and I remember. Involve me and I learn.” This is a tool that will help sharpen participants’ ability of knowing how to think, as opposed to knowing what to think_ routine thinking.
