AnonymousHello dear colleagues, my name is Tukamone Rolyn teacher educator at Malcolm Moffat College of Education in Serenje, Zambia. I decided to be part of this course in order to brainstorm and interact with everyone on this fora pertaining to how we can put our heads together to see how we can improve our educational curriculum and delivery to our trainee teachers by moving away from the rotlearning type of education to a sustainable and holistic type of education which leaves the learner’s with survival skills and make them better and responsible citizens who care for the environment and respect humanity. My project has to do with the care of the environment by using locally available material to improve the physical environment by landscaping and planting grass and flowers. This skill is a lucrative one as it can help learner’s earn an income in the process of improving the environment.
