Hie colleagues my name is Starnford Ngaunje am from Malawi, am a plumbing instructor at kasama community technical college it is a rural area where many children drop out of school and one of the reasons being because of poor infrastructure and motivation so I have decided to join this course so that I can learn how to bring an impact to these communities my ESD project is to mobilize my workmates, my students and the communities so that kasama as a technical college can provide services to the schools which are lacking infrastructure hence our students requiring skills and improving the community schools.
