AnonymousGreetings everyone. I am Selby Jaha Dlamini from Eswatini College of Technology in Eswatini. I am a Design and Technology lecturer at the above mentioned College.
I got interested in the programme because of working in a TVET environment and also being in the faculty of education teaching Design and Technology.
With the increasing rate of unemployment of graduates in our country, my interest is on how an entrepreneurial mind-set can be cultivated through our curriculum and also entrepreneurial skills empowerment. We are however yet to meet and agree on a change project for our institution.
