I like the change project conducted in Zimbabwe, concerning improving teaching skills towards college and primary School teachers so to meet the need of the changing young people. The project has influenced me to come up with the change project based on Teaching and Learning practices. As experienced tutor, we used to go in the field and found some of our student teachers had no teaching and learning aids, few were struggling in prepare teaching aids. Others were just using teaching aids as instructed in the syllubus. Most of them had difficulties in preparing teaching and learning aids by using the local materials around their environment. Hence there is a need of improving teaching and learning skills to beginner teachers so that they can fit into the changing World.
