Mary Mount Teacher’s college of Zimbabwe were they are cleaning the environment by recycling waste and making them useful as well as using land for gardening. Such activities have a two fold benefit in that, by practicing such change, learners will be able to earn income once they sell what they produce from gardens and what they make from the recycled materials. Other than it being an income generating and poverty reduction activity, it leaves the environment clean and free from dirty related diseases. It further helps with food security at household level.
