For this assignment, you are required to develop and upload your Institutional Strategic Roll-Out Plan for the Sustainability Starts with Teacher Leaders Course. This plan must explicitly include how your institution will support the development and implementation of ESD Teacher Leaders Change Projects.

Your plan should outline:

  1. Institutional Goals for the Roll-Out
  • Why your institution is adopting the Sustainability Starts with Teacher Leaders programme
  • How it aligns with institutional priorities, ESD strategies, and ongoing initiatives
  • How Change Projects will contribute to institutional improvement and innovation
  1. Key People and Roles

Identify the members of your institutional Community of Practice and describe:

  • Facilitator roles and responsibilities
  • ESD leadership roles
  • Digital support roles
  • Administrative or managerial champions (if applicable)
  1. Integration of the ESD Teacher Leaders Change Project Pathway

Explain how your institution will:

  • Introduce the Change Project concept to participants
  • Mentor Teacher Leaders through the five-part Change Project Pathway
  • Provide support, resources, and collaboration opportunities for Change Project development
  • Ensure Change Projects remain institutional (not individual)
