Your Role as a Facilitator

As a facilitator of the Sustainability Starts with Teacher Leaders Course, your role goes beyond using LearnDash tools. You are a guide, mentor, and motivator. While LearnDash provides the technical structure, it’s your facilitation that brings the course to life.

Facilitators help participants:

• Feel supported and included throughout their learning journey.
• Connect course content to their own professional and community contexts.
• Stay motivated, especially when challenges arise.
• Develop leadership skills that they can apply in their own institutions.
