Hello everyone. My name is Bhekisisa Allen Khumalo, lecturer at Eswatini College of Technology. I got interested in participating in this programme because I am Building Lecturer. I lecture on Environment and Sustainability during any commencement of a building project, in the in the Faculty of Building and Civil Engineering.
Our change project implications include identification of excluded groups, infrastructure modification, curriculum review, learning materials and creation of more infrastructure in the long run, as well as going green in our Training Institution
