I am Goodness Tshabalala a lecturer in the faculty of education, department of in-service.
I joined this course because I was inspired by the two-day workshop that I attended on Sustainability begins with teachers. The presenters, the content, and the activities were worthwhile. The course was highly informative and reflected on the importance of ESD in education.
Initially I had thought of a water harvesting project, where as a institution depending on the availability of funds we could look into ways of harvesting water from the rain so as to cut water costs for the institution.
