Plan of Action for Scaling My ESD Change Project

WHAT: I plan to scale the fruit production activities that promote community food security, healthy nutrition, and environmental sustainability. I will expand fruit planting, care, learning activities, and sharing of good practices.

WHO: I will involve student teachers, fellow teachers, college management, community members, local farmers, agricultural officers, and other relevant stakeholders.

HOW: I will work collaboratively with these stakeholders to establish more fruit trees, share knowledge and practical skills, encourage students to participate in fruit production activities, and use successful practices from the project in other classes and community settings. I will also document and share the lessons and achievements to encourage wider adoption.

WHEN: I will begin the scaling activities during the current academic period and continue progressively through subsequent semesters and community activities.

WHY: Scaling the project is important because it can increase access to nutritious fruits, improve community food security and health, promote environmental conservation, and strengthen practical ESD learning among student teachers. It will also help extend the positive impact of the Change Project beyond the initial group to the wider college and community.
